The mRes application aims to enhance resilience in several ways:

This application empowers first responders to explore, engage, and customize an individualized resilience strategy that aligns with their specific needs and lifestyle.

<li>Opportunities to discover strategies for boosting motivation through practical tips related to career, sleep, nutrition, family support, and more.</li>

mRes is an integral part of the mResilience® service—a customizable, research-oriented resiliency training program coupled with a mobile application tailored for first responder communities. This training is designed to meet the needs of organizations ranging from those with no prior resilience training to those already implementing extensive instruction.
